Trust Packages & Pricing
A plan is only valuable if it is properly designed, understood, signed, and implemented.
WLS combines customized legal planning with practical implementation guidance and follow-through—so clients leave with more than a stack of documents.
Prepared for business development and marketing use. Pricing shown is proposed public-facing pricing. Complex matters may require a customized quote after attorney review.
Legal Guidance for Every Stage of Life
Our practice includes:
- Estate planning designed around your family, property, and long-term wishes.
- Probate guidance for executors, beneficiaries, and families navigating Clark County and Nevada court procedures.
- Guardianship representation for adults, minors, and emergency situations when court authority becomes necessary.
- EEOICPA claims assistance for eligible nuclear workers and surviving family members throughout Nevada.
Many clients begin with one concern and discover additional planning opportunities that help keep important decisions organized for the future. We take time to explain each option so you understand not only what documents are recommended, but why they matter.
If you live near Downtown Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Green Valley, Anthem, Centennial Hills, or elsewhere in Clark County, our office is available for in-person consultations. We also offer virtual appointments for clients throughout Nevada.
Within many estate plans,
estate planning services work together with wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to create a coordinated strategy instead of separate documents prepared in isolation.
Estate Planning Designed Around Your Life
An estate plan should do more than generate documents. It should protect you during incapacity, give clear instructions to the people you trust, preserve what you have built, and reduce the legal and financial burden on your family.
Walls Legal Services offers tiered, flat-fee planning options so clients can choose the level of protection, customization, and attorney support that fits their needs. Every package includes direct attorney involvement, a signing conference, and practical guidance on putting the plan into effect.

The WLS Difference: Implementation
We do not simply prepare documents and send clients home with a binder. Depending on the package selected, WLS helps clients review asset ownership, beneficiary designations, trust funding, deeds, successor instructions, and next steps—because an unfunded or misunderstood plan may not work as intended.

Every WLS Estate Plan Includes Attorney Guidance
Every package includes direct attorney involvement. The plan is selected and prepared after discussing the client’s family, assets, concerns, and goals—not by simply entering names into an online form. The objective is to create a legally sound plan that the client understands and can put into effect.
Business Formation & Owner Protection
Starting a business involves more than filing paperwork with the Secretary of State. The legal structure should reflect how the business will be owned, managed, operated, transferred, and protected if an owner becomes incapacitated or dies.
Walls Legal Services offers three formation levels for Nevada entrepreneurs who want practical legal guidance from launch through early operations. Each package combines formation documents with attorney counseling and a clear implementation roadmap.

Built for the Owner—not Just the Entity
A business owner’s company, estate plan, incapacity documents, and succession strategy should work together. WLS business packages are designed to reduce the risk that a company becomes frozen, disputed, or unintentionally transferred when an owner is unable to manage it. Each engagement is attorney-guided and tailored to the company’s actual ownership, management, and long-term goals.
